Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc. today announced that it has entered into a definitive licensing and distribution agreement with ProEthic Pharmaceuticals Inc , under which Cipher has granted ProEthic the exclusive right to market, sell and distribute Lipofen in the United States, its territories and possessions.
