Spa takes service to new level

Almost seven years ago, Linda Tolley Parker opened Cottonwood Salon and Spa with six treatment rooms, one hair gallery and three employees. Since then, she has expanded to 11 treatment rooms, two hair galleries, 56 employees and a database of more than 55,000 clients.
